Since the Quake3 game source has not been released for people to make real changes the gameplay, I decided to make a "visual mod" that just adds something new to the game.
Main fix is CREATE patch bug, only allowed 138 WAV's...i found this bug thanks to arclight's 155 wav patch....i was concatting some of his individual patch files together when i found the bug.
