This guy has played the demo and he has recorded all his 'action' moments. You will see some melee's and slow-mo attacks, which are very cool to see in F.E.A.R.. There's also nice music compiled for use with this file.
This is another server-side mod that is meant to give admins more power (as if they didn't have enough already stick out tongue). It includes many commands and cvars, however it does not give you much help in terms of what they are supposed to do.
