Found out there was a bug allowing documents to be capped at keycard capture point. I've dealt with this issue and made it so documents cannot be retrieved until keycard is captured. Also some minor texture bugs layout fixes. Axis spawn time

This mod simply changes the new (as of version 3217) mini UI to have a wider construction bar. Hopefully it won't be needed after the next patch. I set the width to 12 icons as that is what fits
