This is the IOSS Beta 1.0a SERVER ONLY patch for Linux. This patch fixes some of the main problems in IOSS 2008 Beta 1.0 and it is strongly recommended that if you run an IOSS server you should install this patch.

General: The biggest change is that the Russians outnumber NATO and American forces nearly 2:1. The Nuke also has been tweaked to be much bigger and does more damage than the vanilla Nuke(2 Xs as big for US and NATO; 2.5 Xs as big for the Russians).
