Pretty good size map with houses to build and roleplay in and the map also has a sea base. There is also 2 big ships for players to drive and smaller little boats for players to use thier gravity gun to push to make them move. Good for dm or rp.
A nice town all setup for players to build on. All the props you need are in the furniture store with buttons that spawn them. This map works best with a mod that freezes props for easy building. This map is also a good dm map. Made by [SS
