it seems that i put the folders in the wrong order so some people may have trouble installing it
i will correct this tomorrow morning
-reapplied alpha
-edited previous lines and replaced circuit board with a more tron like approach
-also fixed the criteria i clicked model instead of original on prev stickys :P
vir 3.0 will have added blanked out squares as well as illuminated ones but this wont happen for a while im off to my next skin -medigun
because im running in dx8 if their is a problem with the self ill texture not animating please post here saying so and i will fix it
