Default SMG Retex

Introduction

I loved using Teh Snake's SMG retexture. I always used it and even avoided valve servers after sv_pure 1 was put in place. Unfortunately, the Love and War update broke the skin and I couldn't use it anymore. I decided that this is an opportunity to make my own skin.

Description

This skin provides new shading techniques including envmap masks and proper phong shading. The diffuse texture has been remade from scratch and does not include anything from the original. The AO Map has been baked right into the diffuse so you can enjoy some nice realistic shadows without the burden on your computer. All of the textures are in 1024x1024 which provides great performance without the pixelation.

I highly suggest using this skin before rating it. I find that skins do not look as good in the pictures as they do in-game. I really do not like the lightwarp texture which is why I removed it. If you want it, just send me a pm and I will add it for you.

I want to give credit to Teh Snake for making the sticker texture. It looked great and I couldn't help myself. I am trying to prove to you guys that I won't be stealing any longer. Enjoy the submission and please rate fairly!
