For this one, I decided the BLU Scout should be one of the RED Scout's older brothers. So I gave him a beard. The beard was actually quite difficult due to how bizarre the Scout's head texture is (it kinda funnels inwards towards the chin). I also took away his hat, and I'm pleased to say that unlike previous hatless Scouts, this one is COMPLETELY hatless... previous ones have always had a small bit that wasn't made transparent, but I found it.

For the RED Scout, I gave him a baseball jersey. Also includes gibs and hats. Enjoy!

Update: Improved team colors for the BLU Scout. Also included the original grey one for anyone who preferred it.
