Rocket Launcher LOD fix

This is just a minor edit to increase the range at which the stock Rocket Launcher's lowest LOD replaces at - before, it was very easy to see the lower detailed model, as you can see in the screenshot, now it's increased to a suitable range at which it's very hard to see at.
