Scout and Sniper switch jobs.

So, thanks to my spy pan abomination, I thought about which classes have similar sizes. So I switched them. Does not include sound. This is a simple model swap, so it's not perfect.

First person models are unaffected, world models are. Most of scout's cosmetics are too small for sniper, and sniper's cosmetics are too big on scout. There are a few world model weapon fails, but mostly everything's intact.

Place contents of the version you want into custom mod folder. You can do one, or both.
