Improved Non-HWM Head Textures

To those who don't run TF2 with HWM models on, this is for you.

I noticed the severe level of low quality the default head textures were compared to those used when HWM models are turned on. So I brought them up to quality. The default head textures now use phong masks and exponent maps which give it proper lighting (no more bacon grease Demo). I also gave them fancy new textures created from the HWM textures (so no more compressed faces).

Place in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps*STEAM ACCOUNT NAME*\team fortress 2\tf

Or if you run 32-bit:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps*STEAM ACCOUNT NAME*\team fortress 2\tf
