Green vs. Blu

This will substitute the red team for green team where possible (with my limited knowledge and experience). There are 125 files altogether so make sure to back up your skins.

Extract "tf" folder to C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\\team fortress 2\

I was going to ask someone else to do this, but I figured out how fairly quickly and didn't mind putting in my time. It's not perfect but is complete enough to enjoy. I couldn't get the medigun beam or any red beams (grenade, stickybombs, etc.) to turn green through the vtf's or vmt's. I think they had an early version but then hard-coded the final beam into the game. If you can figure out how to change it, let me know. Otherwise, it looks good with the contrast.

If anyone wants to add to it, feel free. Making the Blu team Yellow or Orange or Purple might be cool.
