Friendly Reminders

This adds little messages and notes to all of the weapons pictured. A full list of what is added is in the readme. Also includes non-vpk so you can remove the weapons you don't want.

I wanted to make it seem like the mercenaries added most of these themselves for personalization or as reminders or are actually using the weapon wrong or not for it's intended purpose. It started with just a small edit for the shotgun and I thought "Why not do other weapons?"

The screenshots come from before the Love and War update and are using the old v_models, they look slightly different now, namely the rocket launcher which has lost most of it's quality.
