Scratch-B-Gone

This is a simple mod that replaces the scratch texture used for the Gun Mettle update with a white square (so difficult, right?)

I didn't like the way they look on the weapons (WAY too many of them on lower grade weapons, AKA weapons I have because I'm not stupid enough to buy a $10 case), so I just removed them completely.

I think it makes the Gun Mettle skins fit better into the TF2 Artstyle.

Also, there is no render because Gun Mettle weapons do not work in SFM (and I'm too lazy to hack together a custom texture)
