Quake 3 Rocketlauncher for The Original

This is a simple port of the Quake 3 Rocketlauncher over to TF2. I will not replace any other Rocketlauncher with this; The Original is perfect even though the viewmodel animations weren't centered in Quake 3. The Original proes perfect for this because it has unique sounds for EVERYTHING. I just saw an opportunity and took it.

This goes perfectly with this.
