This started has a simple fix for the pomson and evolved into a full fix

What is this?

This a full fix for the engineer c_model animations (pomson making shotgun sounds, THE CLIP FLOATING AT THE END OF THE RELOAD ANIMATION OF THE PISTOL, the wrist rotation on the shotguns wrangler and pomson.)

Does this wotk with custom models?

If they don't change the animations files the will work
