Scout's Umpire mask.

As requested.

The skin looks kinda wonky to me, but the hat took way too long to do and the details aren't that visible so I'm not going to revise it at this time.

Note the screenshots are of an older version. The bars look better on it ingame.

Installation: Extract this into your tf/ base folder, it should replace all two scout hats with the umpire mask. If you want only a certain hat to be replaced, delete the other hat files, and they should revert back to normal. The hat file sets are: newsboy_hat, bonk_helmet.

Uninstallation: Delete all the files that were extracted into the models\player\items\spy directory.
