Chara Villager (Female)

Undertale... Yeah, that quirky RPG that Toby Fox made. The one that had some inspiration from EarthBound. The one that lots of people love, and a few vocal people love to hate. Hopefully you’ve played it and enjoyed it; otherwise, I’m not sure why you’re looking at this mod... But, I personally think it’s a fun game that has some really cool things to offer.

One of the many things it offers is, uh... Well, I’ll be blunt. You can kill everyone. Not freeing everyone from the underground, but instead freeing everyone from this mortal world. Hate me for it if you like, but I’ve played the Genocide Route, and I found it fascinating. Not necessarily for the brutality, but just watching at how the universe unfolds, and exploring the dark and unsettling atmosphere that Toby so effectively creates. Most people probably played it to test their skills at Undyne and Sans (yeah, those fights were pretty darn cool too), but I felt that being absorbed into the mind of Chara was an interesting and captivating experience. By the way, um, sorry about spoilers, but at this point, there probably isn’t anything left to spoil for anyone... :P

Anyways, I thought the final scene was particularly striking, with all its climactic tension. After finally beating Sans (only took 58 tries) my heart was pounding. I KILLED HIM. And now what?

And THAT FACE! Geez, it’s so creepy but so cool. Chara, as the child is normally called, is the embodiment of everything evil inside you. The imagery and the music and everything, it’s just spine-chilling. I wouldn’t consider myself an evil person, just someone who likes a good story, and Chara has stuck with me. And when I started making mods, I thought, why not? Yeah, Crossed made some very nice-looking Chara Villager skins (and Lucky Jero originally, but his are private). To be honest, though, I always personally saw Frisk and Chara as girls. So here’s my female version, and she’s got her axe sharpened and ready so she can

I haven’t changed any textures for her items; I hadn’t ever thought of doing that myself, and I don’t want to seem like I’m copying off of Crossed’s creative ideas. (I will say, his flower pot and umbrella did look really cool) But, I did change her face to match the sprite. It was a bit tough getting the blushing cheeks to work, but I’m satisfied, and I hope you guys like it.

Includes custom pose UI (chr_00, chr_11, chr_13, stock_90). If you really would like the regular pose instead, just let me know and I can try making it. I have this over Villager’s 2nd costume (c01, female orange), but you can put it on any slot by extracting the textures from the model.nut and re-injecting them into any of Villager’s other model.nut’s. I’m not sure how it would turn out if you tried putting it on any slots beside c01 or c03... since the models don’t quite match... But if you want to try it, go nuts.
