Outfitted with Pachmayr grips and custom engravings, it is chambered in a custom .45 ACP caliber, meaning it can only fire custom-made rounds. It can be upgraded with various replacement parts and attachments, and this version is outfitted with Pachmayr grips, a 7" longslide, slide engravings (including 47's signature stamp) and a LaserMax-style guide rod-mounted laser.
This is Duztey's 1911 on arby26's magnum animations. K1CHWA did the awesome textures and materials, using IppE's as a base. The soft metal reflections are his as well, so go thank him. Now. The laser (Sparkwire's) is fully-functional, meaning you can actually aim with it. Speaking of which, I adjusted the origins so the laser dot would line up perfectly with the crosshair. You're welcome. Not that you'd really need it unless you're going HUDless. Comes with a FREE bonus gift: world model. Woo. I also put together a custom sound set for this.
Features:
- 7" longslide
- custom engravings
- Pachmayr grips
- Fully functional laser (Yes, you can aim with it.)
- Custom .45 ACP brass
- Reflective metal frame
- World model
- Custom sound set
So, the details. First of all, I know this is not an actual AMT Hardballer model. I chose this particular 1911 because it was the only one with Pachmayr-style grips. I had to extend the barrel and slide, of course. Giggity. There should be no ribs on the front part of the slide either, but whaddayagonnado. There's a minor bug with the laser; if you point the haze or dot in front of an item glow, you can see a transparent box around them. That's just the way the model was made, and L4D2 outlines models so there's not much I can do about that. You won't even notice it unless you're picking up items. The helping hand anims look a little weird too, I know.
