This is my first skin hope your like it :)

Installation: 1. Extract the contents of the rar file to "steam/steamapps/common/left4dead/left4dead/" 2. Backup "pak01_dir.vpk" located in "steam/steamapps/common/left4dead/left4dead/" 3. Open up "pak01_dir.vpk" in notepad++ and find the following line:

$baseTexture "models\survivors\biker/francis_color"

And change the f to v at the line:

$baseTexture "\models\survivors\biker/vrancis_color"

edit: In your whitelist.cfg, add this line: "add" "materials/models/..." and it works
