Combine Metal OICW for SMG [ With new sounds ]

I combine textures from prop_combine to make the gun skin. The world model texture doesn't match viewmodel textures but screw it.

Sounds included original version and modified version ( located sounds/weapons/oicw )
Textures include custom crosshair and weapon icons.
