Improved n reanimated Hgrunt

This time, I made some texture changes on pipboy´s hgrunts to look more like the classic hd grunt, made some reanimations, and even compiled a mp5 on them, there is still a version with m16, comes with sounds too.

I only made anims for the idle stands and the kick, which is now a gun rear hit.

If you want certain weapon compiled on a grunt, or a simple reanimation, you can request it, but it will cost you some GB points :P
