You can either rename these files to replace in-game pedestrians or use them seperately with the skin selector mod for CLEO without replacing anything. You will need an IMG editor to add/replace any ped models found within either GTA San Andreas/models/gta3.img (game models/textures) or GTA San Andreas/CLEO/skin.img (skin selector mod).
I recommend getting Skin Selector if you haven't already, as it allows for easy access to these pony models as well as any other ped models you download. It also allows you to spawn armed or unarmed actors which are invincible to bullets and can be recruited into your gang. You need to have CLEO 3 installed to use the skin selector (CLEO 4 probably works too but I use 3).

Retextures / model tweaks for Unicorn, Earth, and Pegasus Unicorn ponies by myself (Nomestic). I'm not great with 3ds max, so I didn't do much for the Unicorn horns (it's one vertex raised slightly on the head), and there might be traces of Pegasus wings still left on Earth/Unicorn ponies even though I probably removed 99% of them.
The texture naming within TXD workshop will also be wrong for most of the files, since I was mainly using fluttershy and Pinkie's PNG file as a template when making edits in 3ds max (for example, Daring Do's texture is still called flut.png). However, this doesn't matter and they all work fine in the game.
Also, all models currently only have Fluttershy's mane style because again I'm not good at 3d modeling, so I didn't bother to try changing it yet for each separate model.
