The HK417 is a German made battle rifle, developed by Heckler und Koch as a derivative of their HK416 (itself a modified M4a1) for use in the designated marksman role. The 417 is almost identical to its little brother, only slightly larger, with all the working parts being scaled up to accommodate the heavier .308 Winchester (AKA 7.62X51mm NATO) round. This comes with three attachment options: Troy Battle sight ironsights, an EOTech holograpic sight, and an Elcan M145 Machine Gun Optic optical scope.
