default m4a1 with phong

Well i made this becuz i always wanted the default weapons with new normals and the lazy valve dont do it when they upgrade the engine to the orange box engine, such as hl2 epi2 and the others now have it but css left behind, so i wanna do a pack with all the weapons or at least the weapons i can with new normals

the instruction are simple: place the files in you css directory:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\your account name\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\weapons\v_models\rif_m4a1 and you are done

note: if you dont have the folders create it and please test in-game before posting feedback
