New normal mapped hands. (PHONG)

Extract the hands folder to counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\weapons\v_models/

I think this one won't be the final version...

Use it with the default hand/forearm or with a tatoo skin. Don't use it with full gloves, it won't fit.

I made this because the default normal map is compressed (DXT format) and bad quality.

Includes an exponent texture, for more realistic phong (see render).
