Replaced Silencer TMP

I replaced the silencer.

To install: Drag "v_tmp.mdl" into models folder in your cscz folder, replace the original model with my model. If you want to get your old model back, either make a backup for it or drag it somewhere else for later use. the download in the rar file has one file which is "v_tmp.mdl", so it's easy to find
