The model and the animation are very good! I like the ghillie on it, not only because it's rare in the custom world.
That's why I used it for a retex - the original textures simply did not satisfy me.
You may ask, how have I done that?
Well, I added some pics in the download for you skinners to see how snipers use to camouflage
their rifles in a easy and cheap way!
I used the same method to imitate this technique digitally - this is no downloaded camo pattern!
It took me a couple of tries and hours to get this look.
Together with the scratches on the metal and rubber parts (plastic parts don't loose their paint so easily!)
you can possibly imagine, how much time I spent on this retex ^^
Another thing are the screenshots: Guys, come on!Spend more time in presenting your work.
I'm sure I spent more time and energy into my screenshots than most of you on your model retex^^.
And guess what? The attachment points for the muzzleflash of the original release on "v_" and "p_" model where
somewhere but not close to the muzzle!
Also UV maps where not precise, like in many other releases. I repaired them as good as I could.
The firing sound is a older one I use for years now.
I swear by my soundcard: during all those years I've tried out many custom sounds,
but n o n e of them was better for a sniper rifle like this one!!
