Map rc_qrally01 for cs 1.6

Here is my first released map for HalfLife Rally. What is this? Qrally? Yep. I've been able to sucessfully convert the first map in Quake 1 Rally to HalfLife Rally. Altho, I did have to modify the map in places for it to work correctly in the mod. But it should still feel like your racing in QRally. :) The map's version is now at 1.2. I'd like to thank _9m4n_ for generating themap radar sprite. Without it, I wouldn't of been able to continue releasing these bug fixes.
