MacTom released a superb Model Pack called Women Warriors. It comes with 4 characters. All with 4 teamcolors and really nice bios.
KDR_11k's latest UT2003/2004 model, Ayane, the cute purple haired ninja girl from the Dead Or Alive series. She looks like she has about the same number of polys from the games too which gives it some fairly smooth silhouettes.
