3rd Person View

It will activate and then hitting the up arrow on the numberpad it will move the view closer to the players model and by hitting the down arrow key on the numberpad it will back off the view.
This is a 3rd person view config that when the autoexec.cfg file is placed into the "baseEF" folder, then by hitting the 5 key on the numberpad when playing, it will activate and then hitting the up arrow on the numberpad it will move the view closer
