dropped weapons in OL 2.2, so they are not all totally crap. The condition depends on the rank and the faction of the stalker. Factions have these basic quality: stalker = 25, duty = 50, freedom = 50, bandit = 25, merc = 55, ecolog = 55, military = 60, monolith = 50, zombie = 10 2. On top of that comes the rank quality: Novice = 0 Experienced = 10 Veteran = 20 Master = 30 3. Then there is a random value between 0 and 10 added. That means the calculation is: (0-10) + community base + rank base So with some luck a master military will drop 100% weapon but at least it will be 90%.
