I was sick of seeing all the crappy revisions of "The Edge"(q2dm1) from quake2. Most of them were horrible bsp conversions of some sort that turned out hideous and did the justice at all.

In Invasion, marines fight against aliens! You can start in Marine or Alien Team, and periodically, roles will be swapped. Marines are well armed and well armored, but when they die, they must wait the end of the round.

The way the game works is that the two teams start off as normal, but with a standard set of weapons (the machinegun, the shotgun and the gauntlet) and a weapon of your choice: anything but the BFG.
