Never use MS Paint unless you are making very small adjustments and then there’s most likely no reason to release it to a public site afterwards. Always make it look like you have at least taken some time to think about the plan of the skin, simply covering the skin in colours that don’t even look very good together does not do this, and if you are going to include team colours at least make new icon’s and you should always modify the team skin’s as well.
