fully detailed review, as the best part is in T89T's review, I will only go over some tweaks. For the Quinlan Vos reskin, Sazen simply made bot files for him, nothing more. For the Cloud reskin, Sazen added a necklace similar to Tidus' necklace in FFX, added some traditional Japanese sounds for rolls,pains,taunts etc etc, and also tweaked the bot files. ^ From the read-me's description.
