Night Scout

barely see detail. Only when I went into the shade could I see the color. Strange, but true. The intended look was apparantly a night scout in a "watery" environment. Suffice to say, I don't quite think I could see this as thus. My overall suggestions for this skin would be to de-blacken the completely black areas, lighten the skin up, and O_o fix the sounds. Yes, the sounds are not functioning due to the most elementary of errors. Yes, I could have fixed it myself, but since I believe you have other things to fix with this as well, I think I shall pass that to you =_,o Still like it? Go on then, SUBMIT YOUR BANDWIDTH.
