However, I can never seem to understand why people bother to release these skins. Let’s face it. A personal skins is usually personalized so that the play using it likes it. The reason they use it is because they didn’t like what was already out there. That means that indirectly, people probably won’t like what you are using, or else they would have released it. So here we have the MetalX personal skin, complete with a logo on the back. While I’m sure this is what the author likes, it’s also what I myself don’t like. I’m not sure I’d use a skin with someone else’s logo on the back. It also doesn’t have team support or new sounds, making it even less appealing to the common gamer. Logo and extras aside, however, this isn’t all that bad of a skin. It has an emblem on the front, and the shirt and sleeves both look fairly detailed. Not much was changed to the face, but I imagine the author liked it as it was. Once again, however, I’m not sure quite why I would get this. Making personal skins is always a fun thing. It’s nice to get to use something that YOU like as a model or skin, and enforces the idea of “if you don’t like the way something is, do it yourself.”
