The texture is pasted on everywhere, and seems a little bug and stretched for accurate distribution. If you try sizing down the textures, the skin would look a little better. Plus, look at a few snow military uniforms. Beyond the camouflage and mask, the uniforms have gloves and boots, along with belts. Also, other than in snow conditions, masks aren’t used, either camouflage paint is used or your face is left bare. If the above is added, the uniform will look much better.
