This skin will never be anything [i]but[/i] Rosh until the face is changed, so that should probably be the author's main priority in future versions, if he really wants this to look like Green Day's lead singer. On to the technical stuff. Personally I don't think this is a very good model for this skin. The only thing it has going for it is the slightly spikey hair, but the other aspects of Rosh's model really take away from the skin, such as the glove thingies (which the author has turned to flesh, making the poor guy look like he has malignant growths on his hands) and the torso flaps which create visible 'lumps' on the legs. Speaking of the legs, the leg textures could have used a little bit more texture for me. They look very flat. All of the photosourced textures (the shoes and ties) are extremely blurry, and the ties were not cut out of their backgrounds very well, leaving a white outline around the edges, which are very pixelated. Overall if the author pays a little more attention to detail, and photosources with better quality, the quality of the skin will be drastically improved. Also I believe this skin just won't work without a completely new face, rather than just a smoothed-out Rosh face. That would be top on my priority list, if I was this skinner. It's a good try, but still needs a bit more attention to really capture what it's meant to. By the way, the sounds the author has included are nothing but music clips.
