you'll have to download them yourself. This includes NPCs for Mars Marshall's Clones Ultima pack, and several of HapSlash's "improved" models. The NPC files themselves are quite bare minimum, and if you already have a lot of NPC files this could cause some extension overload problems for you. This will really only be useful if you like to play single-player, or do a lot of video filming in single-player.
