yet) but I don’t recall him using a curved hilt, but it was a bit ago that I read them, so I either missed that fact or have forgotten about it! Anyways, here we have a very nice hilt based off this beauty from Genesis Custom Sabers. The author has done an excellent job of recreating this real hilt in JKA, though there is a slight inaccuracy in that the center part of the hilt is red here whereas the one that it is based of has a bone/tooth/wooden section in the middle. It still looks cool though! Personally I do rather like curved hilts and they kind of remind me of bananas, though I don’t actually like bananas. The in-universe explanation is that the curve in the hilt allows the user to give some moves or attacks a bit extra reach or allows them to change their move/attack in a way that can surprise or knock their opponent off guard. Perfect for Bane\'s Machiavellian way of doing things! Overall a very nicely modelled hilt here with plenty of detail packed in, though the difference in the midsection from the reference that it is based off (which you can see in the second pic which is from Genesis Custom Sabers below) means it isn’t 100% accurate to that original reference, but that isn’t too much to worry about to be honest.
