First when I tested it, I spawned to mp/ffa3 because I thought it was going to be like the regular NPCs but you controlled them. Boy was I wrong! I got in the howler, turned off the parking brake, put the key in, checked my rear view mirror, put it in drive and said "meh. Lets get this over with." Hitting the boost I was suddenly rocketed across the little square I was in. I was like "HOLY FISH PASTE" and immediately jumped out at the risk of my life. How amazed I was at the spectacular diet that it must have eaten to have acquired such rocket fusion and neuromanic distortion.
