Poison Spells v2.1

This mod changes the Damage Health effect into Poison Damage, lowering its cost a little but making it so that it's affected by poison resistance.
UPDATE 1/11/2007 Tweaked the hit sound to be more realistic. UPDATE 9/16/2006 Added PoisonSpellsDHealth.esp which adds scripted damage health spells to spell venders in various Mage's Guilds for those who would like to also have some Damage H
