Roads are used but not one other texture is seen. There is buildings in the middle which has some Tiberian Spikes and Defence Towers which guard them. The buildings are accompanied by large runways, which actually show to match the image of Area 51 now. Overall, the map does need some work, but it is supposed to be deserted, and it does have some actual characteristics of Area 51.
