When I got back into Team Fortress 2 Classic recently, I discovered a new deathmatch mode and oh man, I was hooked on it.

I noticed the placement of most of the Pill item pickups and was just reminded of the Super Mario Bros' Coins scattered everywhere! So I made this mod, complete with sounds!

Also, this is the very first health replacement mod in Team Fortress 2 Classic. Neat.
