Dressed To Kill (Cole Phelps' suit)

When I saw AL_CAPWNAGE's suave, sexy Cole Phelps suits, I just had to personalize them. Durr I paintsded it blacek, but also added a swanky new striped tie. I know this is nothing spectacular, but I was proud enough of how it turned out to share it. So, why is BLU spy purple? Mainly, it was an accident that I really liked the look of. Also, plain old blue just didn't suit the, ah... suit as much.
