The [other] Stylish Cloaks

[Requested by MC rex and Ecto the Wizurd]

I tried to create a Stylish version of the Quackenbirdt and the Enthusiast's Timepiece and...I think it turned out good.

Added normal maps, new textures and three custom cloak meters with matching backpack icons for each one.

Comes in classic and shiny gold versions and a choice of visible or invisible watch when cloaked for both versions, like the first Stylish Cloaks.
