extract tf folder into team fortress 2 folder

make sure to check out screen shots, they give you visual info.

changes:

.added subtle texture/noise to his shirt, both teams.

.changed the colors.

.change the top part on green snipers vest to green.

.added colored feather for sydney sleeper.

hopefully this will get a better rap than my other one, i am new to skining and have recently learned the colorize tool, that's why i only made blood skins in the past.
