So this will fix the Sniper melee cut off arm models at 70 FOV. I've also added Murphy7's arm model 70 FOV fix as well.

This works with ALL Models and Re-models of Sniper Primary.
- This works with ALL Models and Re-models of Sniper Secondary.
  - This works with ALL Models and Re-models of Sniper Melee.
