Heres how

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\<your-account's-ID>\team fortress 2\tf\materials\models\weapons

Note: if these folders don't exist, create them. they have to be exactly like they are written in the above file path!

and when you are in the weapons folder

just copy both folders from the archive to the weapons folder

make sure you are in the correct file path!
